How long does it take to get early action results?
If the college hasn’t communicated with you yet about the decision release date, they probably will any day now. Most colleges will release their Early Decision or Early Action results by December 15th.
What day do early action decisions come out?
Time crunch for other applications: Most colleges do not notify ED and EA applicants of admission until December 15. Because of the usual deadlines for applications, this means that if a student is rejected by the ED college, there are only two weeks left to send in other applications.

You may not apply to more than one college under early decision. If you are not accepted, you will either be rejected or deferred. Rejected applicants may not apply again that year. Deferred applicants will be reconsidered during the regular admission period, and are free to apply to other schools.
